5-ingredient, quick and easy tray bake for a flavorful dinner in no time, with store-bought shortcuts.
Ingredients:
  • 200g tzatziki dip
  • 2 x 500g Roasting Vegetables with Garlic and Rosemary
  • 800g chicken breast fillets
  • 120g Oven Bake Tandoori marinade
  • 2 lemons, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
  • Place the chicken in a large bowl with the tandoori marinade, then toss until the chicken is well coated.
  • Lay lemon slices and chicken over the vegetables in the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Switch on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes until the chicken browns slightly. Serve with tzatziki.
