Tex-Mex 5-layer dip with refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes - perfect party appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups refried beans
  • 1.75 cups guacamole
  • 1.5 cups sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
Instructions:
  • Microwave refried beans in a bowl until hot, stirring every 30 seconds, for about 3 minutes. Spread the beans on a serving platter and chill until completely cool, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Layer the guacamole on top of the refried beans, followed by a generous layer of sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over the sour cream and finish by topping with fresh tomatoes.
  • Chill the platter in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, for about 30 minutes until cold.
