Whip up a quick and flavorful Mexican bean and cheese dip for a perfect party snack. Ready in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (such as Newman's Own® medium or hot)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine refried beans and taco seasoning in a bowl, then layer the mixture in the bottom of an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Spread sour cream over the beans, followed by salsa, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted but not bubbling, for 6 to 10 minutes.
