Quick and easy keto cheesy breakfast bread, perfect for your ultimate egg and bacon sandwich.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons finely ground almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Microwave butter in a 4-inch ramekin on high for 25 seconds. Use a pot holder to carefully remove from the microwave.
  • Combine almond flour, Cheddar cheese, onion powder, and baking powder until fully mixed. Incorporate egg into the mixture.
  • Microwave on high for 90 seconds until perfectly set. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
  • Use a butter knife to gently loosen the edges and flip it onto a plate. Slice horizontally to create 2 pieces of bread.
