Gluten-free microwave mug cake that rises, oozes, and tastes amazing. also works with regular self-raising flour.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 gm gluten-free self-raising flour
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 20.00 gm Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1.00 gm gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 41.20 gm milk
  • 18.40 gm oil
  • 48.00 gm Nutella
  • Double cream or ice-cream, to serve
  • Gluten-free chocolate sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder.
  • Create a crater in the middle and pour in the egg, milk, and oil. Whip with electric beaters until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the Nutella into a 435ml (1 3/4 cup) mug. Microwave on High for 70 seconds until it rises. Serve with a dollop of double cream or ice-cream and a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce on top.
