Create a rich and creamy spinach-artichoke dip with a blend of sour cream and heavy cream, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Shamrock Farms® Premium Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Shamrock Farms® Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced, or more to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) loaf French bread, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 8-inch or 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.
  • While baking for 25 to 35 minutes, or until slightly browned and bubbly, toast bread slices in the oven during the last 10 minutes.
