  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Thoroughly crush the garlic, then mix in the egg yolk and salt until fully blended.
  • Drizzle the olive oil slowly in a thin stream while whisking vigorously until the emulsion begins to form, then you can increase the pouring speed.
  • Combine the zesty lemon juice with a burst of seasonings.
