4 ingredients for simple, flavorful roasted garlic lime aioli dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 bulb garlic, unpeeled
  • 2 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 247.50 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan-forced).
  • Enclose garlic in foil and roast for 30 minutes until soft. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then remove from skins and mash into a smooth paste using a fork.
  • In a bowl, mix lime zest, juice, and garlic. Stir in mayonnaise. Season generously with salt and pepper. Whisk until fully combined. Serve and enjoy.
