Air Fryer Apple Dumplings

Golden raisin-stuffed apples enveloped in flaky puff pastry, air-fried to a crisp and gooey perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sultana raisins
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 2 small apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line the basket with aluminum foil.
  • Combine sultanas and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Lay out a puff pastry sheet. Top with an apple and stuff the core with the sultana mixture. Encase the apple in the pastry. Repeat process with remaining ingredients.
  • Lay dumplings in the basket and drizzle with melted butter for a rich flavor.
  • Cook dumplings until they turn a golden brown color and the apples are softened, about 25 minutes. Remember to set a timer.
