Air fryer apple crumble: Quick, golden-brown dessert with a twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup cold salted butter, cubed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • cooking spray
  • 2.5 cups peeled, cored, and diced apples
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and butter using your hands until crumbly. Add cinnamon, baking powder, and nutmeg, and mix well.
  • Prepare the ramekins by spraying them with nonstick cooking spray. Layer crumble and apples in each ramekin three times, finishing with a generous layer of crumble on top.
  • Wrap the ramekins tightly with foil, ensuring it stays secure. Air fry until the apples are tender for 16 to 20 minutes. Uncover and continue to air fry until the crumble turns golden brown for an additional 2 to 4 minutes.
