Quick and flavorful air-fried artichoke hearts with herbs, spices, and Parmesan - perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to a perfect 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) while gently patting dry the artichoke hearts to eliminate any excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  • Place the artichokes in the preheated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. Give the basket a shake, then cook until the edges are crispy and the artichokes start to brown, about 3 to 4 minutes more. Serve right away.
