Air fryer bell pepper poppers filled with Boursin cheese, topped with bacon, a milder twist on jalapeño poppers.
Ingredients:
  • 9 mini-bell peppers, in any color
  • 1 (5.2-ounce) package Gournay cheese (such as Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese)
  • 6 slices bacon, each slice cut into 3 short pieces
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Cut each mini-pepper in half lengthwise, removing the membranes and seeds. Stuff each pepper half with Boursin cheese and top with a piece of bacon.
  • Arrange the stuffed mini-pepper halves in a single layer in the air fryer and air fry until the bacon reaches your desired crispiness, for 8 to 12 minutes. If needed, air fry in multiple batches.
  • Transfer the dish to a beautiful platter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy while warm.
