Make succulent ground bison burgers in the air fryer with a touch of liquid smoke for a smoky BBQ taste.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground bison
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon liquid smoke, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to a perfect 380°F (190°C).
  • Mix together ground bison, onion, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape the mixture into 4 patties of the same size.
  • Place the patties in the preheated air fryer and set the timer for 8 minutes. After the timer rings, flip the patties and air fry for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the juices run clear. Finally, serve each patty on a bun.
