Transform burrata into a party-perfect treat by wrapping it in pizza dough and air-frying it for a new level of decadence.
Ingredients:
  • 250g store-bought fresh pizza dough
  • Flour, for dusting
  • 75g sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 62.50 ml fresh basil leaves
  • 150g burrata
  • 60g salted butter, melted
  • Thick balsamic vinegar, to serve (optional)
  • Green salad, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 30cm round, then spread pesto, leaving a 6-8cm border. Add basil leaves on top, place the burrata ball in the center, and brush melted butter on the exposed pastry. Fold the dough over the burrata to create a parcel, then roll to seal the edges.
  • Coat the dough with melted butter and air fry at 170°C for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve with a side of salad, for extra freshness.
