Make quick and easy cinnamon scrolls using store-bought croissant dough sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, rolled, cut, and air fried. Top with custard, melted Caramilk chocolate, and crushed Crunchy Nut corn flakes for a delicious treat!
Ingredients:
  • 360g pkt store-bought croissants, thawed
  • 82.50 ml cinnamon sugar
  • 100g Caramilk chocolate, melted, cooled
  • 100ml vanilla custard
  • 125.00 ml Crunchy Nut cornflakes, lightly crushed
Instructions:
  • Roll out the croissants with the shiny side up, gently stretching the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then roll up and cut in half. Place them cut-side down, and use your index finger to flatten and stretch the scroll at the center.
  • Place the scrolls, cut-side down, in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring a 1cm gap between each scroll. You may need to divide them into 2 batches.
  • Air fry at 170C for 7 minutes until golden, then let it sit in the hot air fryer for an additional 5 minutes. Finally, transfer to a serving plate.
