Air fryer crispy pickle chips with homemade Creole dipping sauce for a delicious snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 (16-ounces) jar reduced-sodium dill picklechips, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then give the air fryer basket a light coat of cooking spray.
  • Place flour in one shallow dish, beat eggs in a second dish, and add panko to a third dish. Pat dry pickle chips. Coat pickles in flour, shake off excess. Dip in eggs, let excess drip off. Toss in panko, gently press to adhere. Arrange pickles in air fryer basket in a single layer (avoid overcrowding), work in batches if necessary.
  • Fry pickle chips until they turn golden brown, approximately 6 minutes.
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, spicy Creole mustard, zesty lemon juice, and smoky paprika in a small bowl. Serve this delicious dipping sauce alongside crunchy pickles.
