Try this quick and guilt-free appetizer using pre-sliced pickles for a crispy snack in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar dill pickle chips
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise with spicy sriracha sauce in a small bowl, then chill until serving.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the pickles dry with paper towels after draining.
  • In a bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Coat pickle chips in egg, then flour, ensuring both sides are covered and pressing flour gently onto chips.
  • Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange pickle chips in a single layer in the basket, working in 2 batches if needed.
  • Cook the chips for 4 minutes until they are ready to be carefully flipped. Continue cooking for about 4 more minutes until they reach your desired level of brownness. Serve with sriracha mayo.
