Ingredients:
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions:
  • Collect all the required ingredients and preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, combine potatoes with oil, ensuring they are well-coated. Sprinkle in garlic, parsley, and salt, tossing until evenly mixed. Transfer seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket.
  • Add the basket to the air fryer that's already preheated. Cook until golden brown, tossing occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes.
