Air fryer garlic bread croissant roll-ups recipe

Make irresistible garlic bread roll-ups by rolling garlic butter and cheese into croissants, then air frying for 10 minutes. Perfect for a crispy and moreish snack or starter.
Ingredients:
  • 360g pkt Frozen Bake At Home Butter Croissants, slightly thawed
  • 80g garlic butter spread, softened
  • 120g (1 1/2 cups) Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese
Instructions:
  • Roll out the croissants to 8mm thickness using a floured rolling pin. Spread with two-thirds of the garlic butter and sprinkle two-thirds of the cheese on top. Roll them up and coat the outside with the remaining garlic butter. Finish by sprinkling the remaining cheese on top.
  • Prepare the air fryer by lining the basket with parchment paper. Place the rolls inside and air fry at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden. Once done, transfer the rolls to a serving plate, and drizzle them with any melted garlic butter from the parchment paper. Serve and enjoy!
