Air fryer hash brown garlic “bread” recipe

1kg hash browns loaded with garlic butter and cheese, creating a savory, crispy twist on garlic bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg frozen hash browns
  • 75g bought garlic butter, at room temperature
  • 85g (3/4 cup) coarsely grated mozzarella
  • Chopped fresh continental parsley leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Coat each hash brown with flavorful garlic butter.
  • Spread hash browns on a baking tray and top each with a tablespoon of cheese, pressing gently to stick. Place 3 hash browns, butter-side up, at the base of a 1.5L ovenproof dish. Layer remaining hash browns sideways on top.
  • Air fry at 190C for 8 minutes until hash browns are light golden. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and air fry for 4-7 more minutes until cheese is melted and hash browns are fully cooked. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
