Crispy air fryer hash browns topped with avocado, egg, and arugula.
Ingredients:
  • Frozen hash brown patties
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to a high temperature of 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread out 4 frozen hash brown potato patties evenly in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry until beautifully golden and crispy, flipping halfway through, for 13-15 minutes.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter until sizzling. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook until the edges turn opaque, approximately 1 minute. Then cover, lower the heat to low, and cook until the whites are fully set, around 4 minutes.
  • In a bowl, smash avocados with a fork, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Spread the avocado mixture onto the freshly made hash browns. Top with a fried egg, arugula, a drizzle of hot honey, and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper.
