Crispy air fryer hash browns - a game changer recipe for mess-free perfection!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups grated Yukon potatoes1/4 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon kosher salt1/8 teaspoon black pepperNonstick spray
  • Chives or parsley, garnish
Instructions:
  • Peel and grate the potatoes using a box grater with the larger holes.
  • Give the grated potatoes a refreshing soak in cold water, rinsing them until the water runs clear. Drain the potatoes well, either by carefully pouring out the water or using a colander (watch out for runaway pieces!).
  • Pat dry the potatoes: Transfer the potatoes from the bowl onto paper towels and thoroughly dry them.
  • In a large bowl, toss grated potatoes with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly seasoned.
  • Air fry the hash browns: Coat the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Arrange hash browns in a single layer in the basket and lightly spritz with nonstick spray. Feel free to overlap or stack them. Cook at 350˚F for 8 minutes.
  • Gently stir the hash browns in the air fryer basket with a wooden spoon to ensure even cooking. Break up any clumps of potatoes and embrace the golden color forming on the edges.
  • Achieve ultimate crispiness: Seal the basket and air fry the hash browns for an additional 6-8 minutes until perfectly crispy.
  • Serve by portioning out the hash browns onto plates, then serve alongside eggs and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh chives or parsley. Enjoy the meal and don't forget to leave a rating if you enjoyed the recipe!
