Delicious air fryer red potatoes with garlic and rosemary, perfect for a quick and easy side dish, no oven needed.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut any potatoes larger than 1 1/2 inches in diameter in half. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, granulated garlic, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Carefully transfer the potatoes into the air fryer basket using a slotted spoon, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Keep any leftover oil in the bowl for later use. If needed, cook the potatoes in two separate batches. Mix rosemary into the reserved oil and set it aside. Air fry the potatoes until tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
  • Coat the potatoes with the fragrant rosemary-infused oil in the bowl.
