Juicy air fryer burgers ready in 20 minutes - perfect for indoor grilling on cold days!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon beef base (such as Better than Bouillon®)
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to a sizzling 400 degrees F (195 degrees C).
  • Shape the ground beef into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick and 4 1/2 inches in diameter, slightly larger than the buns to account for shrinkage.
  • Combine warm melted butter and beef soup base in a small bowl. Brush both sides of patties with the mixture and season with pepper. Place patties in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed, based on the size of your air fryer.
  • Air-fry patties for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through for medium doneness. For a well-done option, air-fry an additional 2 minutes.
