Indulge in a quick and easy mint chocolate dessert made with Aero Mint and puff pastry in just 25 minutes using an air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 118g block Aero mint chocolate
  • Thickened cream, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a flat surface, and cut out rounds using various sizes of round cookie cutters, discarding any excess dough.
  • Cut the remaining pastry sheet in half. Place the chocolate in the center of one half of the pastry sheet. Brush the edges with cream and place the second half of the pastry sheet on top, pressing the edges to seal. Brush the top with a little cream. Lay each pastry round on top, pressing gently to secure. Repeat with remaining pastry rounds to create a decorative pattern. Trim the pastry, leaving a 1cm border around the chocolate.
  • Air fry at 200C for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn off the air fryer and allow the pastry to rest for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a soft and gooey chocolate center.
  • Slice the dish and enjoy with cream, if desired.
