Air-fried brownies: Crispy tops, gooey centers.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 8x8-inch square pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt together by sifting them in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix until smooth. Incorporate chocolate and vanilla extract. Gently mix in the flour mixture until just combined, then fold in walnuts. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Position the pan in the air fryer basket and cook on the lowest rack in the air fryer oven at 300°F (150°C) until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for 18 to 25 minutes.
  • Let the baked dish cool in the pan until it reaches room temperature, for approximately 30 minutes. Slice into 9 equally sized squares and dust with powdered sugar for a delightful finish.
