Delicious air fryer pork jerky, flavorful and simple to prepare. Ideal for camping and outdoor adventures.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon pink curing salt
Instructions:
  • Combine ground pork, sesame oil, Sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, onion powder, and curing salt in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  • Load the jerky gun with the pork mixture and fill all three air fryer oven racks with sticks, arranging them closely together to fully utilize the space. Expect immediate shrinkage. Store any extra pork mixture covered in the refrigerator. (Achieved 21 sticks on the first try.)
  • Preheat the air fryer to 160°F (71°C). Position all 3 racks inside and cook for 1 hour.
  • - Remove oven racks and pat sticks dry with paper towels. Flip them and bake for an additional hour. Repeat the process once more.
  • Place the jerky sticks on a paper towel-lined baking sheet. Top with more paper towels and allow to air dry for approximately 8 hours.
  • Make more delicious jerky by following the same process with the rest of the pork mixture.
