Air fry juicy pork tenderloin for a quicker, tastier meal than traditional oven baking.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 (1 1/2 lb.) pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
  • Combine chili powder, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl, mixing until evenly blended.
  • Place the pork on a cutting board and generously coat it with olive oil, then massage the spice mix all over the tenderloin until it's well covered.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray, then position the tenderloin diagonally to ensure it lays flat and straight.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 5 minutes. Lower the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes until the center reaches at least 140°F (60°C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
  • Allow the food to rest until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), approximately 5 minutes.
  • Slice into thick 3/4-inch pieces, arrange on a platter, and generously drizzle with sweet honey just before serving.
