Crispy air fryer pork meatballs: Juicy inside, freezer-friendly, quick to make.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces ground pork
  • 8 ounces ground Italian sausage (mild or hot)
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together pork, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, salt, parsley, and paprika until evenly combined. Use an ice cream scoop to shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Air fry 1/2 of the meatballs for 8 minutes, then shake and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the meatballs.
