Air-fry corn tortillas for quick, crispy taco shells without oil.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 inch) street taco corn tortillas (such as Mission®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Position tortillas like taco shells in the indents of an upside-down mini muffin pan placed in the air fryer basket to hold their shape.
  • Air fry the tortillas on the lowest rack of the preheated air fryer until golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes. Remove the muffin pan from the air fryer basket, flip the tortillas, and air fry until the bottom sides are crispy and golden brown, about 1 minute.
