Air fryer pasta chips recipe

Elevate the viral pasta chips trend with our cheesy air fryer ravioli bites - try it with any filling!
Ingredients:
  • 250ml (1 cup) buttermilk
  • 150g (3 cups) panko breadcrumbs
  • 600g fresh ravioli
  • 400g btl napoletana pasta sauce
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, pour the buttermilk. In another bowl, place the breadcrumbs. Dip each ravioli in the buttermilk, then coat with breadcrumbs by gently pressing. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  • Lay half of the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes, then transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining ravioli.
  • Heat up the pasta sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until it's warmed through, then transfer it to a serving bowl.
  • Present the ravioli with the freshly heated pasta sauce for dipping.
