"Air fry frozen shrimp for quick and delicious appetizers or pasta toppings, no defrosting required."
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound frozen raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 wedges fresh lemon
Instructions:
  • Heat your air fryer to a sizzling 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
  • Prepare frozen shrimp by gently separating them if needed and removing any ice crystals with a spoon while the air fryer is heating up.
  • Arrange 1/2 pound of frozen shrimp in a single layer in the preheated air fryer and cook for 4 minutes until perfectly done.
  • Mix together melted butter, seafood seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • Once the timer rings, generously coat each shrimp with flavorful seasoned butter, ensuring both sides are brushed evenly. Cook in the air fryer until the shrimp turn vibrant pink on the exterior and the meat becomes opaque, which should take around 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat this process for the rest of the shrimp.
  • Top off with fresh parsley and add a squeeze of tangy lemon for a burst of flavor.
