Make a delicious pavlova in the air fryer for a quick and fluffy meringue treat without heating up the kitchen!
Ingredients:
  • 4 egg whites
  • 215g (1 cup) caster sugar
  • 2.50 gm cornflour
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Whipped cream to serve
  • Raspberries, to serve
  • Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, peeled into curls, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg whites using electric beaters until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, whisking constantly until the mixture is thick and glossy. Fold in the cornflour, vinegar, and vanilla until just combined.
  • Tear two large sheets of baking paper. Spoon the mixture onto one sheet forming an 18cm disc using the back of a spoon. Create an indent in the center. Place the second sheet of baking paper in the air fryer basket and carefully transfer the meringue by lifting the baking paper and positioning it at a right angle to the first sheet.
  • Air fry the pavlova at 120°C for 30 minutes. Let it cool in the basket for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack, keeping the baking paper underneath, to cool completely.
  • Carefully transfer the pavlova to a serving plate using a large palette knife. Top with whipped cream, raspberries, and Caramilk, then dust with icing sugar before serving.
