"Create a gourmet beef burger with a crispy ramen noodle bun instead of using traditional soup!"
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package beef-flavored ramen noodles, seasoning packet reserved
  • 1 small egg
  • 4 ounces ground beef
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Let sit off heat for 2 minutes, then drain.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the egg and half of the reserved seasoning packet. Stir in the noodles gently until they are well coated. Divide the noodles evenly into 2 small round containers to create more uniform buns.
  • 1. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place one portion of noodles into the basket and flatten with a spatula to form a bun. Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes until desired brownness. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining noodles.
  • Evenly coat beef with remaining seasoning, then shape into a patty. Air fry for 4 minutes on each side. Serve the patty between the ramen buns.
