Air fry juicy garlic soy marinated rib-eye steaks for a quick, mess-free meal in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 rib-eye steaks, cut 1 1/2- inch thick
  • 0.5 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
Instructions:
  • Place the steaks in a large resealable bag along with soy sauce, olive oil, and seasoning. Allow the meat to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Take the steaks out of the bag and dispose of the marinade. Gently pat the steaks dry to remove any excess oil.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of water into the air fryer pan to prevent smoking. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • For medium-rare steaks, air fry for 7 minutes, flip, then air fry for 7 more minutes. For medium, air fry for 8 minutes per side.
  • Allow the steaks to rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
