Air fryer Rocklea Road Danish Recipe

Rocklea Road stuffed in puff pastry, air fried to perfection for a gooey, indulgent Christmas dessert. Serve with chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 500ml ice-cream
  • 82.50 ml finely chopped Twists Raspberry
  • 180g Traditional Rocklea Road Block Milk Chocolate
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, just thawed
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Combine ice-cream and raspberry twists in a medium freezer-proof bowl, then freeze until needed.
  • Lay the Rocklea Road chocolate in the middle of the pastry sheet, then cut the pastry into 2cm-wide strips diagonally along the long sides of the block.
  • Wrap the block of chocolate in the pastry strips, overlapping them until fully wrapped.
  • Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes, or until deliciously crisp and golden brown.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals on High, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth, for about 1 minute.
  • Slice the Danish and generously drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving with raspberry twists ice cream.
