Air-fried sesame chicken thighs: Crispy outside, tender inside.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and vinegar. Add chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to a sizzling 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and remove the marinade from the chicken.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the thighs over and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Place the cooked chicken onto a plate and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
