Elevate shishito peppers with an air-fried twist, drizzled in a zesty blend of soy sauce, lime, honey, and ginger for a flavorful, speedy appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces shishito peppers
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  • Coat peppers with oil in a bowl, then transfer them to the air fryer basket. Air fry until blistered and tender, shaking halfway through, for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and ginger. Add the cooked peppers and toss until well coated. Serve while warm.
