Air-fried Sriracha-honey shrimp - quick, sweet, and spicy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 pound large raw tail-on shrimp
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, combine Sriracha, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, and garlic. Add shrimp and toss until coated evenly.
  • Using tongs, air fry shrimp for 3 minutes. Return shrimp to sauce, stir, then air fry for another 3 minutes. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
