Spicy-sweet bites made easy in the air fryer, customizable with extra sriracha for dipping on the side.
Ingredients:
  • 12 fresh chicken wing drumettes
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  • In a bowl, season chicken wings with salt and garlic powder, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • 1. Arrange wings in the air fryer basket and set the timer for 25 minutes. Cook the wings, shaking the basket every 7 to 8 minutes. Once the timer goes off, switch off the air fryer and let the wings rest in the basket for an extra 5 minutes before serving.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce until combined and bring to a boil. Simmer the sauce over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside; the sauce will thicken as it cools.
  • Mix the cooked wings with the sauce in a bowl, saving some extra sauce to be served on the side.
