Spicy-sweet party mix ready in just 15 minutes with Honey-Sriracha sauce.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 1 cup waffle pretzels
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons Huy Fong Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cups popped popcorn
Instructions:
- Combine cereals, peanuts, and pretzels in a large microwave-safe bowl. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High for about 20 seconds until melted. Mix in Sriracha sauce and honey, then pour over the cereal mixture. Stir everything together until well coated.
- Microwave on High, stirring every 2 minutes, for 5 to 6 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool for about 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and mix in popcorn. Store in an airtight container.
