Spicy-sweet honey Sriracha combo enhances crispy chicken tenders in just 10 minutes prep time for a quick and flavorful weeknight dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 1 package (14 oz) uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded)
  • Additional Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • First, combine honey and 1/4 cup of Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Then, in a large resealable plastic bag, add bread crumbs. Coat the chicken with the Sriracha mixture and transfer it to the bag with bread crumbs. Seal the bag and shake it well to coat the chicken. Lastly, place the coated chicken on a cookie sheet to prepare for cooking.
  • Bake chicken for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in the center and bread crumbs are golden brown. Serve with extra Sriracha sauce on the side.
