Spicy Sriracha chicken pizza with Colby-Jack cheese, topped with creamy ranch dressing for the perfect balance of heat and coolness.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce, or more to taste
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza crust
  • 0.66666668653488 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your countertop induction oven to medium heat using the Grill function.
  • Combine the sweet honey and spicy Sriracha in a bowl.
  • Place the chicken on the hot grill pan, turning it once after 2 minutes. Then combine it with the honey mixture.
  • Place the pizza crust on the grill pan, then slather it with ranch dressing. Next, layer on the marinated chicken and top it off with a generous sprinkle of Colby-Jack cheese.
  • Bake the 12-inch pizza in the oven on the Frozen Pizza setting using Auto Cook for approximately 13 minutes until the timer signals it's done.
  • Slice the dish after taking it out of the oven.
