Sriracha honey chicken made with pantry staples, simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Combine Sriracha sauce, honey, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and generously coat it with the Sriracha mixture, ensuring every inch is covered.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until fully cooked, 15 to 20 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
