Easy Asian steak bites marinated in soy and oyster sauce, cooked quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound beef rib-eye steaks
  • 0.25 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a resealable plastic bag.
  • Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a bowl. Pour over steak and ensure each piece is well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to a high temperature of 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place a perforated parchment round in the air fryer basket. Remove marinade from the steak and arrange the steak pieces on the parchment.
  • Air-fry the steak bites for about 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through at the 3-minute mark, until cooked to your liking.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over air-fried steak bites before serving.
