Air fry marinated steak strips with peppers, onions, and spices, then enjoy in delicious steak fajitas or fajita bowls.
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon jalapeno chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 pound skirt steak, sliced into strips against the grain
  • 1 onion, sliced into strips
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
Instructions:
  • In a resealable plastic bag, mix olive oil, salt, garlic powder, cumin, jalapeño chile powder, chili powder, and coriander. Add steak, onion, and bell pepper. Coat everything with the marinade, remove excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Place a sheet of perforated parchment paper in the air fryer basket, then add the marinated onion, pepper, and steak.
  • Air fry the steak at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Shake the basket for even cooking. Continue air frying for another 4 minutes until steak is cooked through.
