Air fryer spiced apple with walnuts and raisins - a quick and juicy dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 cup water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for optimal cooking temperature.
  • Trim the top of the apple by about 1/2 inch and carefully scoop out some of the flesh, making sure to leave a 1/4-inch border all around.
  • Combine raisins, walnuts, butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until thoroughly mixed. Fill the apple cavity with the mixture and place it in a small oven-safe dish. Pour water around the apple.
  • Cook the dish in the air fryer until the apple is tender when pierced with a fork, usually 20 to 25 minutes.
