Homemade truffle fries made effortlessly in an air fryer, paired perfectly with creamy aioli - a delectable treat for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons truffle-infused olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black truffle sea salt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, submerge the fries in water and allow them to soak for 30 minutes. Afterwards, drain them and gently pat dry.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix drained fries with truffle olive oil and paprika until well coated. Transfer seasoned fries to the air fryer basket for cooking.
  • Air fry for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes for even crispiness. Once done, transfer the fries to a bowl and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and aromatic truffle salt. Mix everything together until the fries are fully coated in flavorful goodness. Enjoy!
