Air fryer turkey breast with garlic-rosemary butter: quick, easy, and incredibly moist and flavorful!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
  • 2.75 pounds skin-on, bone-in split turkey breast
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to a sizzling 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine rosemary, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper on a cutting board. Layer butter slices on top, then mash everything together until evenly mixed.
  • Ensure the turkey breast is dry, then massage it with herbed butter thoroughly on both sides and underneath the skin.
  • Arrange the turkey in the air fryer basket with the skin side facing down and air fry for 20 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the turkey to expose the crispy skin and fry until an instant-read thermometer reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), approximately 18 more minutes. Place on a platter, cover loosely with aluminum foil, let it rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve while warm.
