Air fryer turkey legs - a quick, easy Thanksgiving feast for two.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.13 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds turkey legs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect crispiness.
  • Combine olive oil, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Coat the turkey legs on all sides with half of the oil mixture, then place them in the air fryer basket.
  • After 25 minutes of cooking, brush the tops of the turkey legs with a portion of the oil mixture. Flip the turkey legs and brush with the remaining oil mixture. Continue cooking until the turkey is fully cooked, about 10 more minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature near the bone reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
